Pricing & Payment
What does the price include? VAT, installation, shipping?
The calculated price excludes VAT (“+ VAT”). Within Istanbul, installation and shipping total 15,000 TL + VAT and are not included in the price. Outside Istanbul, installation and shipping are quoted separately based on your location.
Why does the price vary from pool to pool?
The price is based on the surface area covered: the roof plus the four sides. The larger the pool and the taller the enclosure, the larger the area. The panel type matters too: Corrugated is more economical, while Solid has a glass-like look.
I'm outside Istanbul. Can you still build one for me?
Yes. We manufacture and install enclosures all across Turkey. The enclosure price is the same everywhere; only installation and shipping are quoted separately based on your location.
Survey, Delivery & Warranty
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. The survey and measurement are free and come with no obligation to buy. If you review the quote and decide not to go ahead, that's the end of it.
How long does delivery take, and is there a warranty?
After the contract and measurements are approved, production takes about 3 months and installation usually takes 1–2 days. The system comes with a 1-year warranty; the coverage is set out in the contract.
Product & Use
My pool is oval or free-form. What then?
The calculator works for rectangular pools. We build solutions for oval and free-form pools too; our engineers price them based on the measurements taken during the survey.
Can I swim in the pool during winter?
The honest answer: an enclosure keeps the water's heat in and noticeably extends the season, but it doesn't heat the water on its own. To swim all winter you'll need a separate water heating system.
